TERMS AND CONDITIONS OVERVIEW

By using our website and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyper-link. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions and policies, then you may not access the website or use our website

GENERAL CONDITIONS

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of www.glamloxhairextensions.co.uk used in this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of GLAMLOX LIMITED.

PRODUCTS

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. On occasions we may use product images for information purposes only and may not be the actual product despatched to you. Please always refer to product description to ensure you are ordering the correct products. All Products purchased from our website must be applied/ fitted/ used by trained and qualified professionals only. 

Upon receipt of your hair extensions, you must check the colour, length, thickness, quality, texture and weight before fitting to ensure you have received what you ordered or what you were expecting. If you are unhappy with your hair extensions, then you must not fit the hair extensions and notify us of this. We will not accept any return for the above reasons, if hair extensions have been fitted.

You must follow our after-care/ maintenance instructions on all products you purchase from us. We do not recommend any alterations or changes being made to our hair extensions i.e. colouring, perming, tinting and silver or purple shampoo etc. We do not recommend the use of any Olaplex products on our hair extensions. We do not recommend the use of hair extensions whilst on holiday, in hotter environments and in sea water or water containing chlorine as this can cause damage to hair extensions. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund all costs. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a shipping confirmation email. There may be occasions where you have completed an order on our web-site and received a order confirmation email and we are out of stock. If this happens then we will email/ phone you to let you know as soon as possible. You will be given an option to either wait until we have re-stocked or have a full refund.

ALLERGIES ADVICE AND PATCH TEST

You may see hair dye washing out from our hair extensions during the first couple of washes. This is not a fault with the hair extensions and is a normal occurrence following hair extensions dyeing/ colouring. We do not recommend using our hair extensions, if you/ your client is allergic to hair dye.
A patch test must be conducted prior to fitting/ during consultation. Also apply a few rings/hair/adhesive/tape/beads etc. to your client and please allow some time to discover if your client has a negative reaction to our hair extensions and/ or any accessories etc.
It is the responsibility of the hair extensionist/ salon to conduct a test/ patch test to see if the client is suitable to wear our hair extensions or accessories and determine any possible allergies to our hair extensions/Hair dyes/tapes/nano tips/ Copper or Aluminium beads/ metal rings/adhesive etc...
You must not use our products if you/ your client has a reaction to any of the above.

DISCOLOURATION

Discolouration is not a manufacturing fault and normally occurs as a result of a reaction to something i.e. straightening hair extensions when the hair is not completely dry or exposure to some oils, sprays, sunbed, swimming pool, fake tan, high mineral content water or other products such as high street shampoos etc. We will not be held responsible for any discolouration of hair extensions whilst wearing them. You may wish to try Malabu C. It can possibly reverse the effects of discolouration.

TRADE ACCOUNT

All Trade accounts and discount / promotional codes are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any discount at any time. Products bought using your trade account are for the sole use of the trade account holder only. Items can not be re-sold to any third party.

ACCURACY OF BILLING, SHIPPING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, shipping and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and/ or contact you as needed. We will not be held liable for any errors made or incomplete information provided by you.

U.K SHIPPING

We aim to despatch all Orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday the same day. Orders are only despatched Monday - Friday. Order will only be dispatched once payment is made and received in full. All orders received after the cut off time will usually be dispatched the next working day. All order will usually be despatched using Royal Mail. We would like to make you aware that all transit times/ delivery dates and times are an estimate and even if your package is despatched using next day delivery, there is always a possibility that delivery delays may occur in transit. We have no control over this and we shall not be liable if this happens. You agree goods shipped to Northern Island, will remain in Great Britian or Northern Ireland for sale or final use by end consumers in Northern Ireland or Great Britain. You agree to include your company/trading name in the shipping address when purchasing goods for commercial/ business use.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You are liable for all import and/or export fees/ taxes associated with all international orders/ deliveries/ returns. If for any reason the shipping company cannot deliver your order and then returns your order to us, we may incur extra charges as a result. These charges must be paid for by you in full before we re-dispatch your order. If we have to refund you, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION - 

Consumer / Non - Commercial Customer - You have the right to cancel your order. This starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until fourteen days from the day after you receive your goods. Please email us at info@glamloxhairextensions.co.uk or use our contact us form, if you wish to cancel your order. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Commercial / Trade Customers - Cancellation is not permitted for Commercial / Trade Customers.

Please refer to our returns policy for further information on return/ exchanges and faulty items.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our website or about our products that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

180 DAY GUARANTEE

Glamlox Hair Extensions offers a 180-day quality guarantee (approximately 6 months). To be eligible for the extended quality guarantee, you must:
•    Have the hair extensions fitted by a professional/ qualified hair extensionist and have any maintenance/ refits at the correct time and by a professional/ qualified hair extensionist
•    follow our aftercare and regular maintenance instructions
•    purchase our recommended aftercare products from us at the same time/ in the same order as your hair extensions

180 days of cover starts from the date of delivery. 

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and quality issues for the hair itself.

To make a claim/ claim process:
1.    Email info@glamloxhairextensions.co.uk within 48 hours of you feeling there is an issue
2.    We will then email you a questionnaire to help asset us in identifying the nature of the issue
3.    You will then likely be asked to send us back the full set of hair extensions within 7 working days. Failure to return the full set of hair extensions within this time frame, will result in your claim being rejected
4.    In your return, you must also provide proof of initial installation/ fitting by a qualified hair extensionist, proof of regular maintenance by a qualified hair extensionist and proof of any refits by a qualified hair extensionist. 
5.    Once received back, we will test/ examine the hair extensions within 30 working days of receiving them
6.    If the hair extensions are deemed to have a manufacturing fault/ quality issue and cannot be fixed, we will offer a free replacement. 

This guarantee does not cover.
General wear and tear, colouring, toning, heat damage, discoloration caused by chlorine or hard water, colour fading due to incorrect products used, accidental damage, not following our aftercare, improper installation or removal techniques. Issues relating to weight, craftsmanship, or ratio.

By purchasing Glamlox hair extensions and our recommended/ required haircare products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

FAULTY GOODS

We can deal only with the account holder when communicating and inspecting goods that you deem to be faulty. If you have purchased goods from us, we offer a standard 30-day warranty period on all hair extensions goods, starting from the receipt date. If you feel that a product(s) is faulty, then you must report this to us by email, info@glamloxhairextensions.co.uk, within 48 hours of a fault being identified. If your return is aproved, you then have 7 days in which to return these item(s) back to us. A complete/ full set of the faulty item must be returned back to us. Upon receiving the product(s) we will exam and/ or test the product(s) and if no fault is found or the fault is due not following our after care/ maintenance, recommended advice or has not been fitted by a qualified professional or been fitted incorrectly, then your return will be refused. We do not accept any responsibility and will not accept your return where the returned products have been damaged by negligence, colouring, tinting, silver or purple shampoo, alterations/ changes, failure to follow our after-care/ maintenance instructions or recommended advise.

DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Glamlox Limited be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, replacement costs, fitting and removal costs or any similar damages, arising from delayed, damaged, lost packages in transit or your use of our website or any products procured using our website, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our website or any product, content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our website, even if advised of their possibility.
