Returns Policy

Cancellation Commercial / Trade Customers. Cancellation is not permitted for Commercial / Trade Customers. Consumer / Non-Commercial Customers. You have the right to cancel your order. This starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods. Please email us at info@glamloxhairextensions.co.uk or use our contact us form, if you wish to cancel your order. If the goods have already been despatched then you will need to follow our returns policy. If your goods have not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund you. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns. Commercial / Trade Customers. Return for refund is not permitted. Return for exchange/ credit-on-account is permitted.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a resalable/ suitable condition for resale. Ties/ Bands on Hair Extensions must also not be untied. You must also return accessories and/ or free gifts you may have received. We will not exchange / credit your account if any hair extensions have had alterations/ changes made to them. To complete your return, please notify us via email within 14 calendar days of you receiving the goods. Please quote your order reference number, name, address, telephone number, email address and the reason for return on the email. Our email address is info@glamloxhairextensions.co.uk. Alternatively please use our contact us form. You must then ensure we receive the goods back within 14 days. Consumer / Non-Commercial Customers. Faulty Goods

We can deal only with the account holder when communicating and inspecting goods that you deem to be faulty. If you have purchased goods from us, we offer a 30-day warranty period on all hair extensions goods, starting from the receipt date. If you feel that a product(s) is faulty, then you must report this to us by email, info@glamloxhairextensions.co.uk, within 48 hours of a fault being identified. If your return is approved, you then have 7 days in which to return these item(s) back to us. A complete/ full set of the faulty item must be returned back to us. Upon receiving the product(s) we will exam and/ or test the product(s) and if no fault is found or the fault is due not following our after care/ maintenance, recommended advice or has not been fitted by a qualified professional or been fitted incorrectly, then your return will be refused. We do not accept any responsibility and will not accept your return where the returned products have been damaged by negligence, colouring, tinting, silver or purple shampoo, alterations/ changes, failure to follow our after-care/ maintenance instructions or recommended advise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit/ refund. If you are approved, then your credit/ refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account/ credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any item as long as the exchange item(s) complies with our return policy.

Shipping

To return your product(s), you must notify us via email before returning. You will then be provided shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). All Shipping costs are non-refundable. In instances where you requested an exchange, you will need to pay shipping costs associated for re-dispatching your exchanged item(s). Where a faulty item(s) or wrong item(s) was shipped to you due to an error made by us, then we will pay reasonable shipping charges you incurred in order to get these goods back to us, providing that your return has been accepted by us. You must provide proof of postage paid which also outlines our address. If you are shipping an item(s) back to us, we advise you use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). You or your shipping company is responsible for returned goods reaching us.
